Is NeonPod really free?+

Yes. The Free tier is for small teams getting started — you can run real pods, projects, and scoring without a credit card. We'll add paid tiers later for teams that need more scale.

What happens when pricing launches?+

We'll give you plenty of notice. Nothing will charge automatically — you'll choose to upgrade or stay on what's available for free.

Can I export my data?+

Reports support CSV export today so your hours and breakdowns are portable. Your data stays yours.

Is my data secure?+

Pods and projects are isolated. Access is role-gated through the API. We don't sell your data or train on your logs.
